DPIA register

Article 35 GDPR — where processing is likely to result in a high risk to natural persons, carry out a Data Protection Impact Assessment before processing. Records below are stored in dpia_records for your organisation.

When a DPIA is typically required

  • Systematic evaluation of personal aspects (profiling) that produces legal or similarly significant effects
  • Large-scale processing of special categories or criminal offence data
  • Systematic monitoring of publicly accessible areas on a large scale

Consult your DPO and, where applicable, the supervisory authority. Link assessments to the relevant RoPA activity.
