Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025  |  Last updated: April 2026  |  Applies to all GDPR Compliance Hub subscription plans

We want you to be happy with your purchase. As we use Paddle as our Merchant of Record, our refund process is designed to be simple and transparent in accordance with Paddle’s global standards.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of your initial payment if the request is made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. No usage qualifiers or exceptions apply.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future automated renewals. You will continue to have access to the Service features until the end of your current pre-paid billing period (monthly or annual).

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Initial Purchase

A full refund will be issued for any subscription if requested within 14 days of the original transaction date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

2.2 Annual Renewals

For annual subscription renewals, we will issue a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of the renewal charge date.

2.3 Monthly Renewals

In accordance with standard digital service practices, monthly renewals are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, unless you are covered by the initial 14-day guarantee or local consumer laws.

3. How to Request a Refund

Since your payment was processed by Paddle, you can request a refund in two ways:

  1. Contact Paddle Support Visit paddle.net or email help@paddle.com. Provide your order ID or the email address used for purchase.
  2. Contact Us Directly Email our billing team at support@gdprcompliancehub.com and we will coordinate the refund through the Paddle dashboard for you.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by us or Paddle, it is processed immediately. However, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. Extraordinary Circumstances

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, or if you believe there has been a billing error, please reach out to us. We are committed to a fair outcome for our customers.
